Setup fee

Before we file: cancel any time and we'll refund your setup fee in full.
After CBP acknowledges your request: the setup fee isn't refundable, because the research and filing work is done.

Annual upkeep

You can cancel upkeep any time from your dashboard, and you won't be charged again. When you cancel, we stop monitoring and won't renew. Any confidentiality CBP already granted stays in place until it expires.

Email hello@supplierprivacy.com from the address on your account, or contact us. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
