Why we built this
U.S. law already lets importers keep their name and their suppliers off public vessel manifests. The problem is everything around the filing: finding every spelling of your company that has ever appeared on a bill of lading, keeping the list current, checking that nothing leaks and renewing before the two years run out.
Most companies file once, miss a variant or two, and forget the renewal. The records quietly come back. We built Supplier Privacy to do that work properly, on a schedule, with proof you can see.
Supplier Privacy is a service of VAR LLC. We're not affiliated with U.S. Customs and Border Protection; your company is always the requester, and we prepare and submit the request on your behalf.

Honest about limits
Confidentiality isn't retroactive, it covers ocean freight only and nobody can guarantee 100%. We say so up front.
You stay in control
Your company signs every request. We never file anything you haven't approved, and we delete your data when you ask.
