How it works

You sign once. We handle the rest.

About ten minutes of your time in total. We aim to file within 48 hours of signing, and we keep the protection current from then on.
  1. 1
    You2 minutes

    Run the Exposure Check

Enter your company name. Within 1 business day we email what's public: shipment records, suppliers named and every spelling of your name we found.

  2. 2
    YouAbout 5 minutes

Choose a plan and fill in the intake

Pay the setup fee by card. Then tell us your legal name, any DBAs, EIN, U.S. address, past addresses, affiliates, known suppliers and who will sign.

  3. 3
    UsUnder 24 hours

    We research every name variant

We pull each consignee spelling, abbreviation, DBA, old address and supplier name from your past bills of lading and build one complete list.

  4. 4
    YouA few minutes

    Approve the list and e-sign

Review the list in your dashboard, then an officer of your company e-signs the certification. You are always the requesting party.

  5. 5
    UsWithin 48 hours of signing

    We file with U.S. Customs

We submit your confidentiality request through CBP's online application, covering every variant and your foreign suppliers. Your status changes to Filed.

  6. 6
    UsOngoing

You're protected, and we prove it

When CBP confirms, we upload the acknowledgement and set your expiry date. Scheduled leak checks follow. If a missed variant shows up, we add it and re-file at no charge.

  7. 7
    UsEvery 2 years

    We renew before it expires

Protection lasts two years. At 90 days out we prepare the renewal, you e-sign around day 75, and we file by day 60 so there's no gap.

What gets hidden

  • Your company name and address as consignee
  • Your company name and address as notify party
  • Marks and numbers that would reveal who you are
  • Your foreign suppliers' names and addresses
  • Every name variant and supplier on your approved list

What doesn't

  • Shipments published before your approval date
  • Air and truck shipments (the program covers ocean vessel manifests)
  • Any spelling of your name that wasn't filed
  • Product descriptions, weights, ports and dates on the record

Older records stay in data-site archives. Pro and Multi-Entity include removal requests to the major sites; results depend on each site. CBP itself says it can't guarantee a name will never be published, so we don't either. What we commit to is the process.
